Usevote French Version

Usevote is a set of tools allowing to manage almost automatically Usenet votes. The original author of Usevote is Ron Dippold. You can download the original version here.

Usevote has been modified by the UVV-FR to take into account the fr.* specificities, and also to bring some general enhancements. You can download the modified version here (please note that all messages have been translated into French).

Among the enhancements :

a better installation procedure ;
the ability to use config files residing outside of usevote binaries' directory : by default the config files are looked for in the working directory ; more options have been taken out of usevote.h and put into the config file ;
uvbounce.c and uvvote.c have been merged ;
the Reply-To: field is now taken into account ;
new options allow to reject ballots matching certain domains or headers ;
uvack now features new formatting options which make spammers' lives harder ;
and many other things...
